Service Description
Relaxing and therapeutic, back massage will benefit in so many ways. Massage releases tension in the muscle fibres, moves lymphatic fluid, reduces stress, improves immune function, circulation and mood. The healing power of touch through massage activates the vagus nerve which lowers blood pressure, and improves other important functions. Ladies only. I would also recommend an add on LED infrared and red light session at the end of the massage to also assist in reducing pain and inflammation.
